There are a lot of talented and motivated young adults who are starting their careers and looking for their dream job, but don’t know how to break into different industries. Many of them are searching for a way to explore these non-traditional professions and connect them with the right people. Behind the Hustle™ is designed specifically to do just that.
Behind The Hustle™ is a career development project designed by Creative Contraband to help young adults find work in unique industries. Our goal is to bring influencers and executives in these fields to young adults beginning their careers in order to teach, inspire, and hire. Currently made up of the following, Behind The Hustle™ includes a web series that will profile cool people with cool jobs, a website/blog that provides inspiration and insight and career panels across the country that will bring professionals from these industries directly to the young adults.
As career interests evolve, shouldn’t the tools young adults use to seek them evolve as well? Behind The Hustle™ will represent the future of job seeker and “help wanted” web sites among young adults.
